Snack time!

How do you ensure your kid will still want some dinner, so they don't throw their plate off the table? Here some tips to keep your snacks light & delicious:
- Popcorn! Always a hit. It's quick to make and add some colour and flavour with paprika powder, curry powder or herbs for red, yellow or green popcorn!
Disco dip! Cut cucumber, carrot and kohlrabi (turnip) into thin strips for easy dipping. Make several dips: red dip (yoghurt with some tomato sauce and sweet soy sauce), yellow dip (yoghurt with curry powder) and green dip (purée an avocado with some yoghurt and a tomato).
- Pirate swords! Spread some cream cheese on wholemeal bread sticks (Grissini) and wrap them in some smoked ham.
- Rainbow skewer: stick a cherry tomato, a piece of avocado, some capsicum and a piece of cheese on a skewer. Put the skewers in a tall glass and pop it on the table.
