Recipe - Apple Oat cake

Baking delicious treats can also be very nutritious. Our Apple Oat cake is a shining example. It's made with our Coconut and Strawberry Porridge. 100% natural ingredients. Because even when we bake delicious things ourselves, we refuse to add refined sugars and strange additives!

Ingredients for 12 to 15 pieces⁣
(you can also easily halve the amounts)⁣

- 150 gr Coconut & Strawberry Porridge⁣
- 2 eggs⁣
- 2 apples⁣
- 3 tsp coconut oil⁣
- 3 tsp cinnamon⁣

 

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.⁣

Mix the eggs in a bowl and add the porridge. Melt the coconut oil and add this to the porridge and egg mixture.⁣

Finely grate the apple and combine this with the porridge mixture. Add the cinnamon and mix everything thoroughly.⁣

Line a small oven dish or cake tin with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the tin.⁣
Bake the nutritious Apple Oat cake in the oven for about 50 minutes.⁣

Cut the cake into squares. Enjoy!⁣
