Recipe - Apple Oat cake

Baking delicious treats can also be very nutritious. Our Apple Oat cake is a shining example. It's made with our Coconut and Strawberry Porridge. 100% natural ingredients. Because even when we bake delicious things ourselves, we refuse to add refined sugars and strange additives!
Ingredients for 12 to 15 pieces
(you can also easily halve the amounts)
- 150 gr Coconut & Strawberry Porridge
- 2 eggs
- 2 apples
- 3 tsp coconut oil
- 3 tsp cinnamon
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix the eggs in a bowl and add the porridge. Melt the coconut oil and add this to the porridge and egg mixture.
Finely grate the apple and combine this with the porridge mixture. Add the cinnamon and mix everything thoroughly.
Line a small oven dish or cake tin with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the tin.
Bake the nutritious Apple Oat cake in the oven for about 50 minutes.
Cut the cake into squares. Enjoy!
