Muesli and crunchy muesli are yummy for breakfast, but often they're actually quite unhealthy! Crunchy muesli, or muesli clusters, are grains stuck together with sugars! Of course a sweet tooth will love that stuff, but it's not great for little teeth and energy levels.

Many people have a love-hate relationship with salt. It works really well to enhance flavours and makes meals taste awesome, but it seems consuming too much of it isn't not very good for you. So now what? Who wants to have their hot chips without salt?
Your child has an innate preference for sweet things, such as sugary drinks, biscuits and sweets. This puts you, as a parent, in a difficult position. Do you make them drink water, or allow them to have a (unhealthier) sweet drink? These tips will make it easier to choose water.
