This 100% natural cream is for dry skin and sore bottoms. It contains fantastic shea butter. Nourishing, hydrating, it protects and is full of vitamins A and E. It includes almond oil (calms and soothes), and coconut oil (moisturises and restores), making it easy to rub into the skin. Because shea butter is a natural product, there might be small 'grains' in the product, these will melt away when you rub it into skin.
